for the bright red trolley! A $20.00 per person cancellation fee is charged for ALL cancellations on ALL tours. If a cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours before the event for parties of 1 to 4 or 96 hours for parties of 5 or more or if you do not show up for your scheduled tour, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card. No cancellations accepted on private tours. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from purchase date and are non-transferable.
No food, ice chests or coolers are permitted on our vehicles other than
the Box Lunches or Cheese Platters provided by Tours Monterey.
