Wine Trolley Tours Are Everyday @ 11:00 AM by Reservations Only - Pick up at the Portola Plaza MAP - Look for the bright red trolley! A $20.00 per person cancellation fee is charged for ALL cancellations on ALL tours. If a cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours before the event for parties of 1 to 4 or 96 hours for parties of 5 or more or if you do not show up for your scheduled tour, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card. No cancellations accepted on private tours. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from purchase date and are non-transferable. SERVICE fees at a rate of 4% will be added to all credit card orders processed over the phone.

No food, ice chests or coolers are permitted on our vehicles other than

the Box Lunches or Cheese Platters provided by Tours Monterey.
