We love Carmel Valley’s open vineyards and groves, harvest and wine making season, the musty barrel rooms and old olive oil shacks… …Savor in the old traditions of Carmel Valley with handcrafted wines, olive oils and balsamic vinegars produced in the old Carmel Valley tradition.

Before the busy Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and  Monterey's car auctions, rally on out and relax with us in sunny Carmel Valley Village.

Taste the region's finest Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, Syrahs and blended wines. Enjoy our “butter” olive oil, stone ground into the smoothest olive flavor and texture imaginable.

We will warm the bread, pour the oil and accent with a splash of dark or light balsamic vinegar or a zesty infused olive oil.
